| I made the trip to Interlaken for some hiking and biking in the early fall, and then went back for some skiing in the winter. In the background is the Jungfrau Range. Interlaken has a river running through it between two lakes, thus the obvious name of the town. The water was a strange turquoise-ish hue. |
| Skiing in Zermatt was my first real ski experience in Europe. It was a good first trip, although the scenery was stunning. Looking at the Matterhorn while zipping downhill was not to be missed. Right; That is actually me on the hill, skiing backwards because the wind was so strong and the temperature so cold. |
