Bodybuilding For Beginners

This Class will meet 6 times, one for each major body section to be worked.
Classes will be held on each Tuesday evening at Joe's Gym, Columbus, OH.
Students may attend any classes they wish, or all of them. Cost is $12 per
person per class attended, payable in cash at the beginning of the lesson. Each
class will begin with warmup exercises for the whole body and targeted to the
specific area(s) to be worked during that class.
Classes will focus on the following areas:
Class 1--Chest
Class 2--Back
Class 3--Abs/Shoulders
Class 4--Thighs
Class 5--Arms
Class 6--Abs/Calves




At the end of each class, you will know safe methods to isolate and train the
muscle groups that were the focus of that course. Students will be capable of
using these exercises to tone, lose weight, or gain weight, depending upon their
overall goals and when combined with proper nutrition and rest (nutrition and
rest are not in the scope of this course).



With these classes, and a lot of hard work, sweat, and patience, you too can
achieve your bodybuilding dreams.
