BASIC ESP
Basic ESP functions as detailed in the Conspiracy X rulebook, page 135.
Strong ESP, rather than a trait, is now a skill; see the character
generation section. Lesser and greater psychics still receive an
additional card when making Zener tests.
DOWNTIME
Downtime between missions is to be granted by the GM; as a rule of
thumb, each character gains one Resource Point per 15% in their
Influence skill per total month of downtime, plus any RPs
available as Strings.
With the elimination of different skill types, advances can be dealt
with in the usual manner. Should the players have specific intentions
for the downtime (working out, networking to boost Influence, etc) the
GM may either grant them an increase in the skill or stat appropriate
to his intent for the game, or simply permit them to make one roll
daily in the skill; remember, matched rolls add 1 to the skill.
