| Pendulum The pendulum is a simple means of divination. It is an easy oracle, and requires no memorization of meanings. A pendulum is just that - a weight at the end of a length of string or chain. (A necklace may even be used.) To use your pendulum, hold the length of chain in between your thumb and index finger. Allow the weight to hang. Rest your elbow on a level surface for stability, allowing the weight to rest approximately one inch above the table. Now, ask to see your "yes." The pendulum will move in a certain direction. Repeat for "no." Then, you may ask simple yes or no questions. Be sure to thank the spirits! |
