Work to Learn, Don't Work for
Money
Unlike most of the
middle and lower income people the rich work to learn and not for the money.
This means that they work to widen their knowledge so that they are not
specialized and stuck with only one type of job. They think ahead about the job
that they want to have and not the job that they need. Then they go out and
learn the different qualities that are needed to perform that job.
A good example of this is a person that want run their own
business. It could work if that person only had management skills and went to
school for business management but you can probably not run your company as
proficiently as you could is you had a background in the different positions in
the business. If your business was selling a specific product or service to a
particular market group, you would not just want to know management skills even
though you would be in charge and you could delegate work to others. You need to
know things like marketing, sales, accounting, shipping etc. In order to
understand what you workers jobs entail and what credentials would best fit the
job.
