| Bean Week Challenge This challenge is complete, but feel free to do it anytime or challenge others to do it with you. It was lots of fun and interesting. My family loved it. I lost 2 pounds and have gained 4 recipes and some frozen meals for later. Beginning Nov 29th, 2000 (Wednesday) Ending Dec. 5th (Tuesday) Wed : Black eyed peas Thurs : Pinto beans Fri : Kidney (red beans) Sat : Split Peas Sun : Black Beans Mon : Garbonza Beans Tues: Bean Soup The Challenge: To eat a serving of each listed bean on each listed day then mix them all and make a 7 bean soup on the last day. | June - July 2001 ~ Ab Challenge - By Janet and Leslie ~ 9 weeks of ABS Each night before bedtime, (during the news is good for us) Do 100 Crunches Starting with 25 in the middle, 25 on the left, 25 on the right, then 25 more in the middle. Then do 20 minutes of other strength moves like squats, pushups, lunges, to work your major muscle groups. Then repeat the 100 crunches again. Stretch when you are done. |
