| The Fine Arts Festival is a competition for students in Jr High and Highschool. Categories of competition include songwriting, vocal solo, percussion, sign language, and more. (See Official site for complete list of categories, and requirements.) There are two basic levels of competition: Districts, and Nationals. If at Districts a student scores a 36 or higher (perfect score: 40), they are advanced to the National level. This year, the National Fine Arts Festival is being held in Denver, Colorado. | |||||||||||
