Stir Fry Sauce

1/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup chicken broth
2 Tablespoons water
2 Tablespoons cornstarch
2 teaspoons sugar

Options:
1 teaspoon garlic
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper

Mix water and cornstarch, then add remaining ingredients and combine with stir fry mixture and stir until slightly thickened.
