Maple Flavored Syrup
1-1/4 cups corn syrup
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
1 teaspoon Maple Flavoring
Heat corn syrup, sugar and water until sugar is dissolved. Cool slightly. Blend in flavoring.
Makes about 2 cups. [You may use vanilla or other flavor in place of maple.]
