Chinese Cabbage Salad
Greens: Thinly slice and place in large bowl
1 head savoy cabbage (discard core and big ribs)
6 green onions
Dressing: Mix and let dissolve (I do this in my tupperware gravy
shaker)
1 cup salad oil
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 cup cider vinegar
1 cup sugar
Crunchies: Saute the following in 3 Tbsp. oil
3 oz. (1/2 cup) sesame seeds
4 oz. (1/2 cup) slivered or sliced almonds
1 package ramen noodles, crushed (don't use spice packet)
Just before serving, toss salad with dressing and add crunchies.
