Pumpkin Torte

Crust

1 package yellow cake mix
1/2 cup melted margarine
1 egg

Reserve 1 cup of cake mix for topping. Mix the rest with the margarine and the egg. Pat into a 9x13 pan, greased only on the bottom.

Filling

3 cups (30 oz.) pumpkin pie mix
2 eggs
2/3 cup (small can) evaporated milk

Mix well and pour over the bottom crust.

Topping

1 cup reserved cake mix
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 cup margarine

Mix the cake mix, sugar, and cinnamon. Cut the margarine into the dry ingredients. Crumble and sprinkle on top of the pumpkin layer.

Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes, until it's golden and a knife comes out clean.
