Frozen Peanut Butter Pie

4 ounces cottage cheese, creamed
1 cup confectioners sugar
1/3 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup milk
8 ounces Cool-whip
9 inch graham cracker crust

Beat cottage cheese until soft and fluffy. Blend in sugar and peanut butter, slowly add milk. Fold in Cool-whip. Pour into crust and freeze. Let stand on counter at least 5 minutes before eating. Serve with hot chocolate sauce if desired.
