Yummy Vanilla Ice Cream
Substitue egg product equal to 4 eggs
1 quart heavy whipping cream
1 pint half and half
1 cup whole milk
1 1/2 tablespoons vanilla
2 1/4 cups granulated sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
In a large mixing bowl beat eggs until foamy. Slowly add sugar, beating until thickened. Add cream, half and half, milk, vanilla, salt and mix well. Pour into can. If necessary add milk to fill line of container. Churn in freezer per instructions. Makes about 1 gallon.
