Breakfast Pizza

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Bake in jelly roll pan or other pan with edges. Milk and eggs make very thin mixture.

1 package Jiffy Pizza Crust Mix (or your favorite crust)
1 pound bulk sausage, browned, drained and cooled
1 cup frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
1 cup (4 oz.) shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
4 eggs
3 tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

Prepare crust as directed on package. Pre bake crust 5-8 minutes. Spoon sausage over crust. Sprinkle with potatoes and cheese. Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper together. Pour over potatoes and cheese. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake 30 minutes. Slice and Serve.

If doubling recipe use only 6 eggs and 1/4 cup milk. Bake for 40-45 minutes.
