Ice Cream Fest!!!!
About a month ago, my husband and I attended an event called The Big Dipper Ice Cream Fest. It was a charity event held in a neighboring town. For a fee of $3.00 we were able to enjoy all the ice cream our hearts desired!!
That Friday was an absolutely goregous day. It was nice and sunny, but not too hot, around 85, or so. After paying we found an open bench, and Mr. G. went to work bringing me sample sized cups of various flavors of ice cream from the different vendors. The cups were about the size of a hoodsie cup (approx. 4oz), most were not filled to the top. I'd have to say each cup had between 3.0 oz and 3.5 oz of ice cream.
I had all kinds of neat flavors. Everything from your average french vanilla to one of my favorites, dinosaur chrunch. I think I liked it so much because it was a cool shade of blue. We were there about an hour and a half. I would have liked to stay longer but, I got a terrible sunburn on my shoulder. I had approx. 20 little cups of ice cream, which equaled close to a half gallon.
There were quite a few other BBW's there, but like most other times, I think I was the largest lady there. Most of them were not shy about what they ate. I heard alot of them make comments to the people they were with like "have spoon, will travel", I also heard one BBW tell her companion she wished she hadn't had so much for breakfast so she could eat more ice cream. There were a lot of chubby, smiling faces around.
The pictures didn't come out as good as we had hoped. My husband thought about asking some other bbw's if he could take their picture, but he didn't want them to think he was a pervert or anything, so he stuck with taking pics of me.
I put the pics together sort of like a collage. Not many came out but I think you'll get the idea.
