| Hat Chain 45. Row 1: sc in second chain from hook and in each chain across (44 sc). Rows 2 - 72: Ch1, turn. working in the back of the loops, sc in first sc and in each sc across. Finish off leaving 20" tail. Gather top along the edges of the rows so that the ribs run vertically on the hat. Sew back seam. Scarf This scarf is short and intended as a neck warmer type scarf. You can make it as long as you want by making the starting chain longer. Chain 110. Row 1: sc in second chain from hook and in each chain across (109 sc). Rows 2 - 22: Ch1, turn. working in the back of the loops, sc in first sc and in each sc across. Finish off. |
