Tea Recipes
   French Vanilla ala Creme                         Serve Warm

 
3 Cups water
  5 French vanilla tea bags
  1 Cup heavy cream
  1 Tablespoon sugar

  Boil water and add tea bags.  Remove from heat, cover and
  steep 8-10 minutes.  Stir in cream and sugar.  Serve warm.
  Mint Lemonade                                         Serve Chilled

 
10 Mint flavored tea bags
   1/2 Gallon water
   2 (12 ounce) Cans frozen lemonade concentrate
                            (thawing is NOT necessary)

   Boil water and add tea bags. Remove from heat and steep 10
   minutes.  Remove bags. Place frozen lemonade into one-gallon
   pitcher or jug.  Add tea to lemonade, stirring well.  Chill 3-4 hours. 
   Stir before serving.
   Peppermint Cooler              Nice refresher on a hot day

 
1 Cup water
   8 Peppermint tea bags
   8 Scoops vanilla ice cream
     (chocolate may be substituted for chocolate mint flavor)

  Boil water and add tea bags.  Remove from heat and steep 5-8
  minutes.   Allow tea to cool for 10 minutes.  Place ice cream into
  blender (depending on the size of your blender you may want to
  make half at a time using 4 scoops ice cream.)  Add tea (1/2 cup
  if making half at a time.) Blend on high until creamy. 
  Serve in a tall glass with fresh peppermint leaves.
