Peanut Butter Banana Crunch
6 medium sliced bananas (4 cups)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup peanut butter
3 tablespoons butter
whipped topping
In a 2 quart casserole bowl, combine bananas, lemon juice and cinnamon.  In a seperate bowl, combine flour and brown sugar. Then cut in peanutbutter and butter until crumbly.  Sprinkle over bananas.  Bake 25 minutes in a 375* degree oven.  Server warm with whipped topping.
*oven temperature is listed in fahrenheit
