Materials Needed:
seashell raffia bead hair gold chenille stem/pipe cleaner lace tiny flower pearl strand hot glue and glue gun magnet or thread to hang |
The seashell will be the body of the angel. Make a bow out of raffia and attach to the back of the shell with hot glue to form the wings.
Attach bead (size may vary depending on the size of the shell) to the top for the head. Glue hair onto head.
Bend a piece of pipe cleaner/chenille (approx. 1" - 1-1/2" depending on size of shell and bead) into a circle and glue atop the head.
Roll a piece of lace approx. 3" to 4" long and glue to hold. Fold the lace in half and attach below the head to form the arms. Put a small amount of glue to hold the hands together and add a flower.
Cut a small strand of tiny pearls and glue below the head to form a necklace. Add a magnet or a loop of thread to the back of the angel with glue for hanging. |

Prayer in a Bottle |
"Collect all your worries, large ones and small, And place them inside this worry bottle. Include every problem, no matter what it's about, Next put in the stopper, which won't let them out! Send them with Angels, while saying a prayer. Then let the Good Lord take it from there. Have peace of mind, have faith in God's plan, Because now your worries are in his hands." |

The bottle can be any size or shape. The one shown is a minature glass bottle approximately 5 inches tall. (40 cm) You may decorate the bottle any way you wish. I suggest that you attach the cork to a ribbon or thread so as not to lose it.
The supplies used to create the pictured bottle include:
Bottle with Cork Ribbon Small strand of pearls cut to different lengths Flower bud (rose) Leaves Hot glue and glue gun Poem (above) printed out onto paper and attached with ribbon to bottle |
