Let's not forget Michigan State either. They aren't supposed to win anything this year, but they might just surprise everyone!!

Unfortunatly, we also have The Detroit Lions...

The Lions really are an enigma. They had the best player around, Barry Sanders. Then he got fed up and retired. If you thought the Lions were bad before, that just made them worse.! You never know though, perhaps the Mooch can finally turn them around.

After the trauma of watching the Lions all season,at least I can look forward to the Red Wings, 1997 and 1998 Stanley Cup Champions...

Of course, they were knocked off in the 1st round earlier this year and lost Fedorov to the Mighty Ducks yesterday

Additionally, we have the Pistons, who were the NBA champions in 1989 and 1990. They have fizzled out as of late though......

We DO have one team of winners though. The Detroit Shock are The 2003 WNBA World Champions. Way to go ladies!!!
