Janet pleads her case..again-
A day after issuing a press release apoligising for her wardrobe malfunction at the super bowl halftime show, the pop singer on tuesday committed her mea culpa to videotape.
"I am really sorry if I offended anyone.That was truely not my intention", Jackson said in the tape,released tuesday.
Timberlake has termed the incident a "wardorbe malfunction", Jackson has concurred, saying a red lace bra was supposed to remain after her reputed one time squeeze ripped at the rubber bustier.
Even MTV dosnt seem to be buying that version of events.

Diddy pays off driver-
The hip hop mogul has settled a $3 million lawsuit filed by his former chauffeur, who claimed emotional damage after driving the getaway vehicle in a nightclub shooting four years ago.
On Monday state supreme court justice announced a resolution had been reached between Sean Combs and Wardell Fenderson and dismissed a Manhatten jury after only 3 days of testimony.
Details of the settlement were not released, but attorneys on both sides said, "The matter has been resolved to the satisfaction of all parties."
