Pern Dragon Length/Height Generator

This is/was a 'quick' generator that was designed to give you/me the length of a Pernese dragon as well as the corresponding height (to the shoulder). It is good for generating a random one. You can rip the numbers off this code if you need to. I'm sure I will be. :P
