All programs in this website are written for some need or another. When a program reaches the point where it satisfies the needs,
I stop developing it. However, some projects are used by multiple projects. These projects usually require more features from the
used project. In that case, the development of the other project continues to another point. Tlib is a good example of this.
Many bugs in Tlib were found when I used a function in Tlib in a project other than the one that caused it to be written.
