Magical Uses
Use the dried leaves and roots in a healing bath.

Place a few pinch's in the flame
of the candle or throw to the East wind
in all healing wishes.

Bind the plantain with red wool
tp the head to cure headaches, and place
beneath the feet to remove weariness.

Plantain is hung in the car to guard against
the intrusion of evil spirits.

A piece of the root in the pocket
protects the bearer from snakebites.
