Tired Footies Reliever Ingredients/Tools: water 1 sprig fresh rosemary with leaves broken into pieces 6 drops tea tree essential oil 12 ice cubes 1 large dishpan (for soaking your feet) 1 large fluffy towel Directions: Fill the dishpan with cold water. Add the rosemary leaves and tea tree oil along with a dozen ice cubes. Swish the water to disperse the oil. Dip one foot into the water for 30 seconds, remove and rub your foot vigorously with towel. Return foot to water and keep repeating until the foot becomes slightly red. Towel off and dry. Repeat this with your other foot. It's fantastic and really helps those tired "ol' dogs!"
