*STONED WATER? THE AMAZING HEALER*

Different stones for different healings. Does it work? Bet your sweet
pippin it does. Stoned water is really an elixir.

Look at any of the books on the healing qualities of crystals or
gemstones. Crystals and even semi-precious stones put out a wave-
length of energy that balances certain parts of the body.

Take a small glass jar. Clear glass is best. Old baby food bottles are
great. Place the crystal or gemstone whose healing energies you want
into the jar. Fill with distilled water. DO NOT USE TAP WATER WITH ALL
THE CHLORINE! Most reverse osmosis water you get in bottles works fine.

Let it sit in the sun for a few days. Or sit on a kitchen shelf for a
few weeks. This creates an elixir of the gemstone essence. When you
need a particular healing energy, drink some of the elixir. You can
feel the difference.

Be sure to clean your stones of any potentially negative vibrations.
The simplest method for this is to place them in the sun for a day or two.

On one shelf in our kitchen we have devoted space to 11 gem elixirs.
Even in the jars the healing energies seems to diffuse about the room.

NEVER USE PLASTIC JARS FOR ELIXIRS! As you start working with elixirs
you'll find that they facilitate both physical and psychological healing.
