The reason Black Cohosh is not used
for extended period of time is because
it causes bleeding in some cases.
It actually stimulates the menstual flow rather than stop it.
Whereas the Dong Quai helps stop
the hemmorraging (or excessive periods).

As far what I recommended, the Dong Quai should be
used during the 7 to 10 days that you need it.
The Progesterone can be used all month
(there are charts available to tell you how much to take
each day because it varies throughout the month),
and the sasparilla can be used continuously.

As for the fibroids,
you can work on eliminating those as well.
Some of the same things are needed for this as for your cycle.

The cause of fibroids is often excess estrogen and an underactive thyroid.

These four should be rotated one at a time:
*Essiac Tea
* Morinda - tumor reducer - 1 oz before meals
* Pau D'Arco Tea - 1 quart daily
* Red Clover Extract

Other helpful herbs are:
* Sarsaparilla or Wild Yam (Progesterone herbs)
Vitamin E -1200 IU Daily
* 10 Day lemon cleanse has been successful in
shrinking cysts.
(I'll post the details in the next post.)
Diet - Eliminate coffee, tea, chocolate, sodas.
Reduce meats with steroids in them (beef, pork, chicken).
You can buy meat that is hormoneless.
It should be labeled.
* The liver also needs to be cleansed.

Raspberry leaves make a great tea!
It is commonly known as a female tonic, and relieves
excess menstrual bleeding.
So this will also be very helpful for your problem.
It helps relieve nausea, is astringent,
antiseptic, and anti-diarrheal.
