Financial Reports - Joyce - Received each troop's financial reports and turned in 100% to council. Please note that there are 2 pages to these reports. Next report is due in May and you will turn in your last bank statement (that should be April's) with it. Every troop has to turn in a financial report, including Daisy troops.

Training - Joyce - You should have received a training schedule in an email. Please check what was emailed to you about your current training also. If there are errors, let Joyce know.

Library - Joyce - Some books were brought to the SU meeting for the leaders to check out. A list of what is in the library was also passed out. You can find that list on the "Leader's Tips" page of our website also. There are some good books on camping available.

Delgate - Milda - Sher is our Nominating Committee person. There is an Association meeting on January 30 at 7:00PM at the Seguin Scout House. Do we want to have activities with other associations or within our association?

Cookie Concoction - Karla - You can take your silent auction items to Karla's house if you didn't bring it to the SU meeting.  She has a cookie box on her front porch that you can place the item in.

January - Father/Daughter Bowling - Jill - Saturday, January26 - She sent out emails to remind everyone about bowling and money to be turned in. The entire bowling alley is reserved for 2 hours. You can still pay at the door. If you want your troop to stay together, you need to sign in together.

February - Thinking Day - Christina - Saturday, February 23 at Marion Middle School - Sign up by February 11. Girls are $5.00 each, tag-a-longs are $2.50 each and donations will be accepted for adults. The girls will receive tickets for food and SWAPS, passport and patch at a later time for their $5.00. Drinks are included with admission. Everyone may wear costumes or uniforms. All money goes to WAGGS.

Cookies - Dave - Pick up site is Armstrong on the 30th in the afternoon for the 1st cookie delivery. Girls can look online to join the Little Brownie Cookie Club. TCM will have access to E-Buddy online.

Booths - LaDonna - Current booth openings will be updated every Friday. Email LaDonna and let her know what booth(s) your troop wants. If you have a Walmart or Lowes booth, the table will be provided. If you are the first booth of the day, please make arrangements to pick up the table and tablecloth. If you are the last booth, please make arrangements to drop off the table and tablecloth. Please check with LaDonna before setting up a booth. She needs to know who is selling cookies and where. We will have no fights, no messes and no problems. Parents need to be watchful of girls. You must cart out all your trash and use manners.

March - She & Me Gardening Gala - Abbie - March 8, 9:30-11:30AM at Schertz Pavilion - The registration fee is $8.00 per girl. The girls will be making garden stones with plaster of paris with a hand print in the plaster. They will also be making window planters. A snack of brownies and punch will be provided. Please turn in a count by February 22.

April - CIMASCH Campout - LaDonna - April 4-6 at McKinney Falls SP, Austin -  Check with council to see if you have been camp certified based on your waiver. If you have not received any camping training, you need to get your Outdoor Education training completed before going camping. Sites have been reserved and paid for. Please pay the SU back for your site if you haven't done so already by the February SU meeting. If you have a troop of older girls that are needing some service hours, then let LaDonna know and she will give them a job at the campout.

SHARE - Leslie - She will pass out the envelopes at the February SU meeting for you to bring back at the March SU meeting.

SUD Second - Milda -
