The first step is
choosing the fractal type and make all the settings you like. For drawing
a fractal the following options are available from the Fractal
menu:
-
Draw: draws the fractal with the dimensions selected from
Settings;
-
Redraw: draws the fractal with the last values for the dimensions of
the complex plane;
-
Zoom In: magnifies an area of the fractal. The point that represents
the center of the chosen area is selected with a left click on the
fractal. The zoom rate used is the one selected from Settings;
-
Zoom Out: decrease the size of the fractal. The center of the new
active complex plane is the same with the current center and the size of
the fractal is modified using the current size and the zoom out rate;
-
Reset Zoom: resets the area of the complex plane for which the
fractal is defined to the values selected from the Settings.
If a
fractal is drawn with a particular zoom some changes can be made (for
instance the colors of the fractal) without modifying the zoom, by using
Redraw options. |
