Winged Flight
You, significant one, breathing on our earth Greetings. Do you wish to fly with me to see the place of our birth? Come and I will secret us away to places only we will know.
Lay across my back and spread your wings Grasp my arms and begin our dreams. I will protect you; do not fear the winds of change As we embrace this flight of mine, now yours.
Heavens open for our entry to home, Lay your head on my shoulder and be not alone. You will lead me back to our earth And there I will walk with you, now mine.
I prefer flying little one; for in flight we are one. Feel as one. In your walking, we are two. When you wish to take winged flight, I will be here for you. As I have always been before we knew.
