Oh Great Spirit Hear these words of thanks for all that you have given my people and to all people of Mother Earth No gift you have given reflects your wisdom more than that of the Lesson Giver In the lessons she teaches we see your wisdom of mind and the strength of spirit beauty and gentleness of the heart The Lesson Giver gives of her beauty and wisdom in all that she does Our daughters learn wisdom and beauty and grace through her words and example of living Our sons learn the strength of spirit and power of wisdom and how to temper these forces with a gentle heart The Lesson Giver lives and walks in the gifts you have given her Like her students she still thirsts for knowledge
