PROVINCE OF KALINGA ALLOCATES PS. 1 MILLION AS CIDSS COUNTERPART

BAGUIO CITY- The province of Kalinga has promised to give Ps. 1 million as counterpart for the implementation of CIDSS in the province.

Mrs. Digna Dalutag, Provincial Social Welfare and Development Officer reported this during the Regional Management Conference held last August 1 and 2 at the Pinebreeze Hotel.

The amount is said to be part of the 2002 provincial budget passed by the previous administration.  In spite of this, the new administration under Gov. Macario A. Duguiang has vowed to support the past administration's efforts and will continue to implement the program in the province .  Act
