During 2004 and 2005, the following three developments on Lake Street have been proposed for the CIDNA neighborhood:
1) Calhoun City Apartments. This development is being proposed by Ackerberg Development, in back of the old Ministers Life Building.
2) LOOP Calhoun Condominiums. This development is being proposed by Mathwig Development, on the Warco-Variant property just east of Tryg's Restaurant.
3) Lander Group Residential Project. This development on the existing Weisman Enterprises site, just East of the Calhoun Beach Club is being proposed by the Lander Group.
CIDNA LAND USE & DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE
These projects will be discussed at meetings of the CIDNA Land Use and Development Committee.
