CIDER HILL VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION
   Application for Changes to Limited Common Elements, Replacement of Trees on the Common Elements or changes to your unit that are the responsibility of the association or joint responsibility as spelled out in the Declaration. Please read the Cider Hill Village Declaration prior to making a request.
   The undersigned unit owner(s) requests permission of the Board of Directors of the Cider Hill Village to perform the noted change to the Limited Common Elements of their unit. Upon completion of the work, the undersigned will notify the management company so that a final inspection can be performed.

   Please note that the combined size of a deck and/or patio area may not exceed a total of 168 square ft.
