CLUBHOUSE POLICY AND PROCEDURE

Statement of intent:

Within the scope of the declaration and in compliance with the by-laws, it is the intention of the Cider Hill Condominium Association to provide a social, educational and recreational facility for the use of the residents/owners of Cider Hill Condominium Units and their guests, when accompanied by a unit resident/owner.

Procedure:

Form a Resident Volunteer Clubhouse/Activity Committee to coordinate and assist in planning community activities, to maintain and make available to resident/owners a monthly calendar of planned activities, to distribute a newsletter at least quarterly and to coordinate planned private events. All activities will be resident directed. Residents are encouraged to suggest, participate in planning and organization of activities.

Maintain a Fitness Room to be available to all residents/owners and guests over the age of 18 when accompanied by a resident/owner.

Provide two computers for use by all residents/owners and guests when accompanied by a resident/owner. 

Overnight guests of resident/owners are welcome to join them at planned activities at the club house.

To provide cable service for two televisions, one large screen in Common Area of Clubhouse and one small screen in Fitness Room to be used by residents/owners and guests when accompanied by a resident/owner.

Develop rules and guidelines related to use of the Clubhouse by residents/owners or for planned private events and for the Fitness Room.
