CIDER HILL CLUBHOUSE COMMITTEE GUIDELINES

Statement of Intent:
It is the intention of the Cider Hill Club House Committee to coordinate and assist in planning community activities, to maintain and make available to resident/owners a monthly calendar of planned monthly activities, to distribute a newsletter at least quarterly, to coordinate planned private events and to most importantly enjoy the Committee Meetings and its functions.
Procedure:
The Club House Committee will be made up of volunteer residents/owners.
The group with a quorum present will elect co-chairmen, secretary, and treasurer.
Several sub-committees that represent community interests will be formed.
A calendar of events will be will be prepared a minimum of three months inadvance and made available to the residents/owners of Cider Hill.
(It will be our goal to prepare an annual calendar of core events).
The Cider Press, our community newsletter will be compiled and distributed at least quarterly.
A Communication coordinator will share ongoing news of Club House Activities with residents/owners.
A Coordinator of Private Planned Events will schedule such events, as to not interfere with Club House Calendar Events.
THE CLUB HOUSE COMMITTEE MEETING
Each meeting shall be conducted by the chairperson or the co-chairperson, another officer or their designee. The committee shall meet monthly, unless otherwise determined by the committee members.
An agenda shall be prepared for each meeting, allowing ample time for each member to express ideas.
Each officer shall share a report related to the function of their department during the month.
All sub committees shall share a report of the sub committee's activities during the month. These reports shall be included in the Cider Press Newsletter.
IT SHALL BE THE EXPRESS GOAL OF THE COMMITTEE WHEN COORDINATING COMMUNITY ACTIVITIES TO INVOLVE RESIDENTS/OWNERS IN THE SET UP, ORGANIZATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF AND IN THE BREAK DOWN AFTER EVENTS.
