CIDER HILL CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION SNOW PLOWING PROCEDURES

LOOKS LIKE WINTER IS RIGHT AROUND THE CORNER. HERE ARE A FEW HINTS TO
HELP US SERVICE YOU BETTER.

1. We are out plowing from the start of a storm thru the final
clean up. You will see our trucks outside from about the time
we have 3 inches and all the way thru the storm. We will plow
roadways keeping roads passable at all times. We ask that no cars
be left in the roadways during a storm driveways are done after
the storm ends except in major blizzards, when we do them a couple
     of times during the storm.

2. If you need to leave early in the moring, turn on the outside pole
lamps before going to bed and we will do these first in early am.
We ask that if you do not need to go out early turn off the lights.
If everyone has their lights on, it will not help us to determine
      who we do first.
3. If you see us doing your drive, opening the garage doors lets us get
up close and not have as much to hand shovel. Cars parked in
driveways must be moved for us to clear the drive.
4. The walkways are done after the storm has ended. The propane fill
tanks will be done the day after the storm.
      5. Sand/salt barrels will be located by the mailboxes. Feel free to use
all you want including filling your own containers to place in your
garages. We will refill as needed thru the winter.
6. If you have any problems or emergencies during a storm call us at
883-5209. We have radio contact with the trucks on site at all
times and we can direct them over to help you.

Thank you for the opportunity to service you this season. Lets hope
for a little bit milder one than last year.
