On this sunny Sunday, 15 CIC members with their next generation came together and had a successful first gathering. Actually, the whole Oslo town was full of party atmosphere because of Holmenkollen World Cup ski jump event.

To kick-off the gathering, CIC Chairman, Chen YuQi, gave his remarks about the establishment of CIC. He appreciated the support by all the members. Then CIC members made brief introductions to each other. Among the attendants, there were engineers, businessmen, consultants, economists, doctors, students and of course the "noise-making" next generation.

During the gathering, many topics were touched such as stock trading, job opportunities, medical consulting, travelling and sport activities. Because of the variety of the occupations the members represent, most of us had great opportunities to extend our knowledge base. The Internet technology makes the information exchange much more efficient and there are still more to come. This also makes the CIC Club format more interesting. Hope we can make full use of the Internet opportunity to benefit every CIC Club member.

At last, we came into an agreement that soon we would hold our second gathering. Since Easter holiday is just around the corner, we should try to arrange a meeting during that time. If you have any suggestions, please feel free to advise. Otherwise, we will certainly have outdoor parties when weather is permitting.
