Mr. Marth Pegasus smiled into the phone. Hmm, yes, I see. Dont worry about a thing. Ill get it taken care of. I will contact you later about the details. Yes, see you later. He replaced the phone into its cradle.

That was her, wasnt it? His servant asked knowingly from behind him.

Yes, Crochet, and if I were you, I would keep my mouth shut about this. What do you think?

Yes, master. He bowed and left the room.

What an interesting deal this will turn out to be

Look at these people. They all think they are hotshots or something. What foolishness. Theres only one champ around here, Seto Kaiba said. He stood at the top of a half pipe, surveying the skateboarding park, chock-full of boys and girls with boards, eager to show off their tricks. All around him, they were flipping in the air, twisting 720 degrees around, and grabbing their boards like pros.

"And that champ would be me anyway, Gary said. He mounted his skateboard and rolled down. After a couple of simple runs across the pipe, he zoomed up again and, grabbing the edge, made a handstand and twisted his body all around, landing back down with a bang.He continued to board to gain speed. He had pushed himself to the limit by going as fast as possible, and then attempted to do a front flip over the side.Because of the incredible speed, he exploded amazingly high, and landed by mere luck. With an impassive look upon his face, he stepped down and rejoined his friends at the top.

Gary, youre gonna kill yourself doing tricks like that.Youre only thirteen.Think youll make it to fifteen? A hint of anxiousness was noticeable in Matts voice.Gary shrugged.

Psh, I do stuff worse than that all the time. No big deal.

Uh, yeah it is a big deal! You never care about anything, do you?

No.

Is that a no, I care, or a no, I dont care?

Its a no, I dont care goddammit! Why do you care? Were all gonna die in the end anyway.

Hey, man, what the hell? What you talking about?

Kaiba, blatantly annoyed, stepped into the conversation.Sorry to break up the girl talk, but arent you guys are supposed to be keeping track of my moves?Matt looked down at the sheet of paper he had been holding in his hand.

Uh, yeah, heh. Kaiba gave him a menacing look before taking off.

Smart one, Gary muttered.

Hey! I heard that! Matt yelled. He attempted to beat him up, but only got as far as making a fist before Gary punched him in the nose. He smiled to himself, satisfied. He adjusted the wrist guard on his right arm for effect, which had been unmoved by the blow from Garys left arm.

What a bunch of losers, Kaiba thought. He wished he didnt have to board with them all the time. But Matt was his cousin, and Gary was Mimis cousin. There was no getting out of it. And besides, they were good company.Sometimes.They were pretty good skateboarders, at least. He smiled. But not as good as me. As he zoomed up the half pipe, a sharp pain pierced into his gut.He continued to perform the tricks he had intended to practice, but eventually the strange knife-like sensation caused him to stop.He exited, and Matt started to try out his own series of stunts.
