Our investigations have revealed a gamut of offenses, including: murder, manslaughter, pandering, prostitution, drug violations, rape, arson, stealing, burglary, child abuse, pedophilia, and firearms violations. Possibly, you have experienced problems with residents and/or employees who have engaged in these activities. If not, you can certainly imagine the problems they could cause you.
At this time, access to the National Crime Information Center is not available to the general public nor to the business community. Be extremely cautious of any company claiming to offer the type of search or service which includes arrest and suspicion records. Remember, an individual is innocent until proven guilty. A company offering such information may be doing so illegally.
Each state and/or county has their own rules and regulations regarding the release of criminal records. Criminal conviction recrods are available for most areas across the country, however, costs and turn around times will vary with location.
