| Scenes Behind Of Making Money...! | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Child Labor was an event that everyone didn't really agree on, but it was also confusing because of the big problem behind it. Many people use child labor because you could make more profit and pay less for the workers...which was children from age 4-13 years of age. They didn't really care if they make a lot of money or not, because each day they only make few pennies. If they were too young, they would just sweep or do some easy jobs and still make some money. They could mostly work anything for money. Parents and Kids didn't really care whoever disagrees because they needed food. There were many laws that were pass to stop child Labor, like the factory act of 1833, which didn't really stop child labor in any way, but also helped a little because children that were working don't have to work for long hours. Even if they get hurt or anything they could get a medical care provided by the boss. They could work at night which stopped boss for stretching hours for kids, so they couldn't get home and eat dinner with their parents. They could also go to school, and learn for two hours. Many inspectors would go and see if they are really choosing the rules. In June of 1996, they were still trying to stop child labor. Mostly all of them said that it was easier for them to say instead of doing it. It was hard for them to stop child labor. Many laws pass that children can't work in factories, but at the end it ended up that parents bought things back for child to work at home, so in another word, child labor haven't been stopping for any ways because of bosses thinking of new ways to rearange child labor. There were many ways that children got health problems that children and parents ignored during child labor. They worked in factories, and many of the factories have their windows closed and the dust in the factory that infected children's health. Many of them didn't realize how much damage they have made. |

| Parents and kids did communicate during their jobs, but they couldn't really do anything different. During their jobs, kids could have their hands and fingers chopped off, but they still had to work. Kids did have back problems depending on what kinds of jobs they had. Many of them aged through times because of not getting enough sleep. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Child Labor wasn't a good thing for the rich people, but it was definetely a good thing for the poor people because they could make money. Almost all the people from families that were children worked in a very young age. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| There were many reformers like Mother Jones and Jane Addams that were trying to stop child labor in many ways. Maria Harris Jones [ Mother Jone's real name] got her buisness burned down and she was left with nothing, so she decided to help others... but the hardest part was to help children with child labor. She told all of the unpleasent things she thought was impleasent. Mother Jones thought that Child Labor was just like slavery. She always spoke in public of what she thought and she often got arrested for her actions. Police known her as the public nuisance. Jane Addams taught kids how to read and write, which gave children most of their education. She opened clubs to helped kids learn and have fun. She worked to get child labor illegal in Chicago, and build a playground, she worked in Chicago schools and got new schools built around the community. She opened Hull Houses for children to stay in and every morning in 6 A.M. in the morning to clean out the garbage. She broke rules, and had a lot of courage, but she can't win one man. It was Johnny Powers because he got way more money on him. She found out that a reformer needs to have help from the politics. At last Jane Addams was awarded to the Nobel Peace Prize in 1931, when she was 71. She was the first woman honored. |

| There were also many sites that told the truth about child labor, and most of them were based on Nike and Disney. They were the company that uses Child Labor the most, and they still use it today. They didn't have a law like the United States that banned Child Labor, so many of them still have kids working for hours and hours just to make money. In many countries like Thailand and China even have sex child labor / Slavory and was the worst thing because of adults that like to have sex with children, and it forces children to work and it was too scary. They were very young and they didn't know anything. They still even have it today, and nobody know about it. Adults like it, but they didn't really know how children feels st of the children only cared about money, but who would even scarifice their own body? How would people even think of the idea? |
