| Saturday 6/15/02 ~
Rambling Happy birthday yesterday Jacq ! Not a very exciting couple of days. I woke up in the middle of the night on Friday with a fever which was kind of random. All day yestrday I was sick - I think I had a very very slight fever tthroughout the day - and a very upset stomach. Didn't eat anything all day. I felt bad for cancelling plans with Kav I really wanted to see The Bourne Identity ! But instead I watched a Hindi movie about the underworld late last night cuz I didn't feel like going back to my room where I tossed and turned all night the night before. Today I tried to eat a croissant in the morning and was able to eat half which was good. Watched " Cheese Lady " which was kind of a bad idea in terms of my stomach since she made tons of snacks with seafood (which I'm not a fan of) and huge chunks of cheese. Huge meaning huuuuuge. But I survived. Amit came over for a bit which was nice. I wish we could have talked more rather than watching the baseball game on TV. But I was sick and he was probably bored. I dunno. He's leaving tomorrow morning for Irvine. I was feeling really weak today since I hadn't eaten since Thursday dinner which was really light too since that's when my stomach started giving me signals that it wasn't happy. Went to see a baby this afternoon. He is the cutest little thing I've ever seen! He's almost two months old and when I held him he smiled! And then he fell asleep but he smiled! He is so fair and has these big dark brown eyes. He was too cute. I can't wait to see him again. I love babies. I ate some jello for dinner today cuz I started getting really hungry which is a good sign. Watched the Practice rerun which was so good! It was weird cuz it was about Lindsay's old Law professor who was being stalked by a guy. He got a restraining order but the guy came to his house anyway so the professor shot him out of self defense. And in her opening she said he was the type of guy that she wanted to be like and that's exactly what she did last season! It was exciting. Oh I also saw my first World Cup match today: USA vs Portugal. Little did I know that was a "rerun" and I only watched the last 15 minutes but I hope it makes Carlos proud. :oP I think that's all. My family went to a grad party tonight. I was supposed to go but I'm still feeling a little weak/tired from not eating much so I decided to stay home. So I guess it's unwarrented for me to say that I want to be around people/someone. I don't necessarily want to talk but I just want to be around someone. *shrugs* 9:35 pm ~
