You are probably
asking, "o.k. Forrest, why did you put your CAT on your website.
Thats kind of pointless!" Which of course, your right, its very
pointless, unless you consider how unique Guano really is.
If you speak spanish, you
will know that the word Guano actually means, manure, or
fertilizer, so whenever I mention Guano around spanish speaking
people, it would sound rather unusual to them. Some people
really want to know why, the heck, I gave my cat that name.
Guano is actually not his full name. I originally named him
Corpus Cyrupella Shikaka Guano, (tell me if you know where that
came from) Corpus Cyrupella being the name of a certain species
of bat living in South/Central Africa, Shikaka (spelling?) being
the tribatic name, and Guano being the bat's excrement. "So what
your saying Forrest, is you named your cat after a pile of
bat crap". Well yea.....with respect.
When I got Guano as a
kitten he was completely white with bright orange ears, and the
inside of his mouth was bright red, with razor sharp teeth.
(Hence the name) When I got him as a kitten, he was playful,
and actually did stuff, but now, he just sits around and sheds.
Guano is well behaved male
cat. We pulled him out of the gene pool a couple years ago, so
he hasnt been a real problem around the community with the lady
cats. But around home he has made a few enemies, like my sister
when he killed her cockatil. Fortunately, I was in Peru when
that happened.
Now, the most unique thing
about Guano, is the fact that you can grab a clump of his fur,
and literally pull it out. So there you have it, a bunch of useless
information about my cat. Thanks for taking the time to read it.
