Sin is a transgression of God's law. "Whosoever committeth sin transgresseth also the law." (I John 3:4). The New Testament teaches that all have sinned. "For all have sinned and come short the glory of God". (Romans 3:23). Do you believe this? When we sin, this puts a barrier between God and us. "Your iniquities have separated between you and your God and your sins have hid his face from you, that He will not hear. (Isaiah 59:2).

God's nature is that of Holiness. HE CANNOT condone sin.
