My 50^th birthday celebration, The Half Way There Party, was sure a blast with you and the band leading the way with oldies from my younger days! Your repertoire of oldies music from the 60’s and 70’s and the recently minted songs of the 80’s and 90’s was perfect for our gathering of graying, balding and potbellied old fogies.

I just wanted to write you and thank you for playing at my wedding reception. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed you guys and had a wonderful time. The special songs we requested were absolutely fantastic and your execution superb! Your announcement of the wedding party and the way you handled the cake cutting and garter toss was perfect. I also really appreciate all the advice you gave during my pre-wedding reception planning. Your musicianship was certainly professional and the way you were able to switch lead vocalists added to the versatility of the band. Pam’s vocals were especially beautiful as were the way your background vocals blended. I am still hearing many glowing compliments from the guests; it was obvious from all the dancing what a blast everyone was having. I will not hesitate to recommend "Church and State" to all my friends in the future. Thanks again for making my wedding reception a huge success.

We had over 500 guests in attendance and, as you could tell, everyone thoroughly enjoyed your performance. Your music added the perfect touch to the festivities.
