As of January 1,2005, The Button Factory will sponsor new College Management Interships Jobs (Corporate Level) for college students and graduates with some experience, 4 years or less. Also, as a result, they will further develop and increase present and past management skills in various ways that qualifies for future employment. A successful business depends upon Management Skills, something that I'm always achieving, constantly sharing with others. With it, one can achieve stability, self-control with confidence. It�s good to employ or being around people whom posses these skills that help one improve skills of any kind. One of my best skills, knows the needs of individuals, employers that gives them a different outlook or perspective on life: � Possible reasons for business success and failure � More profitable for one to have 10 employees who posses good management skills 1. Whom knows what it takes to achieve business success 2. Which candidates are more suited or qualified 3. More importantly, the applicant can demonstrate the necessary skills � To have 100 employees that results in failure in any type of organization Not exactly concerned about college skills or years of experience, but how to improve them. |
