RESEARCH EXPERIENCES *2003-2003 Research Assistant, Behavioral Sciences at Epsicopal/Temple University Hospital Worked under the supervision of Dr. Ralph Spiga at a psychiatric research laboratory involving pharmacological studies of addiction and mental illness. Duties included editing; two NIDA funded protocols, working on presentation for the residents, working with mentally-ill patients, and preparing scales and questionnaires for the study. *2000-2002 Research Assistant, Moss Rehabilitation Research Institute Worked under the supervision of Dr. Myrna Schwartz and Dr. Marcia Linebarger at a cognitive neuropsychology laboratory. Worked on two NIH funded projects involving people who were affected by stroke or brain injury. Duties included reviewing patients? medical records, recruiting patients, testing patients, collecting and analyzing data, running a conversation group, and keeping the conversation group?s web-site updated. *1997-1999 Laboratory Assistant, Psychology Department at Syracuse University Assistant at an experimental psychology laboratory for Dr. Catherine Cornwell. Duties included running an undergraduate psychology laboratory, performing behavioral tests with CD-1 mice, measuring neurochemical levels using an HPLC machine, entering and analyzing data, and co-writing posters for presentations. *1998-1998 Research Assistant, Psychology Department at Syracuse University Helped a clinical graduate student with her thesis on cross-cultural psychology. Duties included finding and recruiting eligible participants, carrying out the experiments, and data managements. *1997-1998 Research Assistant, Psychology Department at; Syracuse University Helped a clinical psychology graduate student with his thesis on health/clinical psychology. Duties included independently carrying out experiments, scoring questionnaires, and entering and analyzing data.
