Recently, I found the joy in growing plants in my one bedroom apartment. It doesn't get the greatest light, and during winter, it is 'cold' in my place. These are list of some of the plants that I have in my apartment that grows ok.
* African Violet
* Polka-Dot Plants
* Ficus
* Jade Plants
* Golden Pathos- Ivy
* Aloe
* Peace Lilly
* Spide Plants
* Cactus
I also had few plants that didn't grow too well in my medium to low light apartment. Also my place is really cold in the winter, which is why some of my plants did not survive.

Some things you will need for indoor plants
I have all spectrum light in my bathroom for my african violets. They also need a special fertilizer.
Also you shoudl get an overall fertilizer for the plants.

This is one of our many Ficus Tree. We are traning this tree. We used some metal wire that are specifically for training bonsai trees. Just watch out for the trees outgrowing the wires! |
