My brain page
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Since the first time I took my first neuroscience class at 2000, I've loved the subject ever since. My intersted changed from cellular to more of cognitive, and behavior neeurology. I am trying to put this page together so hopefully it will help some new budding neuroscientist!!

ISince I started medical school a year ago, I always knew that I wanted to study how we, human, think.  Why do we do the things we do, and why do we have these crazy ideas going through our heads ( at least I do, constantly). So I have  figured out that I really want to study the brain. But now I am getting  into this problem of should I go into psychiatry or neurology. Each has their positives and negatives. If I go into psychiatry, I will work with a lot of cogntive issues, but not too much doing medicine. If I go into neurology, I will be exposed to medicine, but I am afraid of getting stuck treating patients PNS problems. I mean there sure is a need for a neurologist to treat back problems and stuff, but I personally don't want to do it).

Anyway, this might help you understand my choices of links, and list of books that I am going to post up soon..
