Vivie is working as President Assistant with Sunny International Group,   Manager of  Customer Service and Operations Department with  Sunny International Services Corporation, as well as Manager of Customer Service and Operations Department with Cyber link Pacific Tele communication.  She has been working for the Group since August 1999.

Vivie is a very motivated person with strong analytical capability and organizational skills who often worked long hours and under stress independently without complaints. 

As a result of her efforts and dedication to the tasks assigned to her, the quality of services provided to our customers has improved drastically. We have an increase of  sales of  1200%,  and Dramatic expansion of customer base, leading to exceed 60,000 clients in the four years Vivienne working here.

Vivie is also very keen to accept new challenges and has plenty of drive and personal commitment to manage every project to be completed on time and to the best of her effort.  She worked with our IT Department to set up the Company Operation Computer System, she outlined all the principles required,   tested  programs, made follow-ups, and suggest improvement .

Vivienne was skilful at managing her staff.  I have found that Vivie is a good leader. Many of her colleagues in other departments call upon her for advise on how to handle new or complicated situations. She exhibits great wisdom and has much to offer in the way of experience. She is always willing to render help regardless of her current workload and after office hours.

During the past four years, Vivie interfaces well at all levels, and has proven herself a valuable member of our company by demonstrating exemplary intelligence and persistence.   

She is leaving us as she want to continue her professional studies.  I am sorry to see her leave, and wish her all success.
